Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder Rear Wheel Drive

The Italian supercar from Lamborghini has been unveiled Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The automaker will sell LP 550-2 Spyder on the market with around € 5000 less than the 560-4 Spyder. This car has a weight of just 1,520 kg, result in a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of just 4.2 seconds, while top speed is a pleasurable 319km/h (198 mph). Buyers also can have the optional automatic gearbox with paddles on the steering wheel.


The new 2012 rear wheel drive Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder is powered by the same 5.2 L V10 engine, delivering 405 kW (550 hp) to the rear wheels via the company’s e-gear paddle-shift transmission. The LP 550-2 Spyder can reach 100 km/h from a dead stop in just 4.2 second.

Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder sit on 19-inch alloy wheels gets two 235/35 tires at front and two 295/30 at the rear, the car maker from Sant’Agata Bolognese also re-made the ESP stability control, updated the shock absorbers and modified the aero balance to manage the Spyder rear-wheel drive setup.
